לוסין (באנגלית: Lucene) היא ספריית תוכנה לאיתור ואיסוף מידע (IR) חינמית וקוד-פתוח. לוסין נתמכת על ידי קרן התוכנה אפאצ'י, ותחת רישיון אפאצ'י.
התוכנה המקורית נכתבה על ידי דאג קטינג בג'אווה, אולם מאז הוסבה לשפות תכנות אחרות כולל Object Pascal, Perl, C#, C++, Python, Ruby ו - PHP.[1]
על בסיס לוסין נבנו מוצרים רבים, בעיקר מנועי חיפוש, כולל:
